Description:
We are looking to hire Sales Consultant for 2 of our locations in Dubai (Business Bay & Al Barsha 1).
Job Type: Full-Time
Commission: AED 2,000 per office
(Dynamic sales consultant can close a minimum of 3-6 offices per month over 2 locations).
Job Requirments:
-Experience of 2-5 years in Dubai Real Estate.
- Excellent time management skills, meeting set targets, and maintaining budgets.
- Should be well groomed and well-organized
- Friendly and polite
- Efficient and multi-tasking
- Able to deal with difficult clients or customers
- Self-motivated
- Target-oriented
- Learn the products and services offered, including the terms of the sale
- Set targets along with the management team
- Collaborate with the management team to prepare common strategies
- Monitor sales numbers and marketing metrics
- Calculate business trends, like monthly sales rates Analyze market trends Monitor competition and follow current developments
- Ensure sales are up-to-date with business targets - Highly motivated to achieve targets and goals set by the management.
- Find prospective customers and new target segments
